        This

        price includes :

        All charges included except central heating. If you use

        the central heating you will be invoiced 8 euros a

        day.

        Guarantee

        : 50 euros, which you will give on

        arrival.

        Booking

        conditions :

        A 25% instalment will be asked when you book your

        stay.

        The booking becomes efficient when your instalment is

        cashed.

        A confirmation will be sent to you.

        The balance of the total amount will have to be paid at

        least 4 weeks before your arrival.

        Cancelling

        :

        If you wish to cancel, we must be informed at least 4

        weeks before your planned arrival.

        In this case only an amount of 50% will be retained,

        the rest will be refunded.

        We advise you to be insured for the cancelling

        price.

        If you wish to cancel, less than 4 weeks before your

        stay.

        The instalment will be retained by the lodging

        owner.

        The owner will be able to cash the balance of the stay

        if you cancel less than 30 days before you are supposed

        to enter the lodging.

        If the stay has to be shortened, the price of the total

        renting will be retained by the owner. No refund will

        be given back.

        Rentings

        :

        Housings are rented for the week, from Saturday, after

        4 p.m. to Saturday before 10 a.m.

        The bed sheets are provided. In the flat, animals are

        allowed.

        When you leave the inventory will be made and

        everything must be complete and ok.

        The housing must be left clean. If not, you will be

        invoiced 50 euros for the cleaning of the

        lodging.
